We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Replacements are offered only for items received with a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage, in line with our Returns, Replacements & Claims Policy.

A continuous, unedited parcel-opening video — recorded from before the package is opened until the product is fully visible — is mandatory for all claims. Claims submitted without this video cannot be processed.
