If your purchase isn't quite right, our straightforward returns and exchange process is designed to make your experience effortless.
Inspected before dispatch
At METALIKA STUDIO, every piece is meticulously inspected before it is carefully packaged and dispatched. To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.
Replacements for defects
If your order is received with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, we will gladly provide a replacement after verification.
To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- A continuous, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory. The recording must begin before the shipping package is opened and continue uninterrupted until the product is fully visible.
- Claims submitted without a complete parcel opening video will not be accepted.
- Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be reported to our Client Services team within 48 hours of delivery, along with the parcel opening video and clear photographs of the product.
- Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
