Purchase & Delivery

• Gift Cards are available in selected denominations and are delivered digitally to the recipient's email address unless otherwise specified.
• Each Gift Card contains a unique code that can be redeemed at checkout.

Validity

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Any remaining balance may be used for future purchases until the Gift Card expires.

Redemption

• Gift Cards may be redeemed only on www.metalikastudio.com.
• They may be used for one or multiple purchases until the available balance is exhausted.
• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Restrictions

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, reloaded, or transferred for monetary value.
• Lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards unless permitted by applicable law.

Returns & Replacements

• If an order purchased using a Gift Card qualifies for a replacement under our Returns, Replacements & Claims Policy, the replacement will be processed in accordance with that policy. No cash refund will be issued.

Fraud Prevention

METALIKA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a Gift Card where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected.
