How Payments Work

Safe at every step

Encrypted & trusted

We accept payments through trusted and secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and financial information.

Authorised orders only

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation and confirmation. In the event that a payment cannot be authorised or is declined, your order will not be processed.

Transparent pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in the applicable currency and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed before your order is confirmed.

Cancellations & refunds

METALIKA STUDIO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorised transactions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Your card stays private. For your security, METALIKA STUDIO does not store your credit or debit card details. All payment information is processed securely by our authorised payment partners.
